How far up do you have to put the lights so their not covered in snow for four months? Is there a set height or???

Hope everyone has a wonderful holiday. Lake effect snow inbound, wind gusts up to 30mph. Water in the Lake Erie basin is being pushed east, lowering water levels over 10 feet in the west to rising the same amount in the east.

Depending on wind direction, we may get less than an inch, or up to 8 inches.
