Up early again. But no need to go anywhere. Just enjoying coffee lazily. Had a goat kid twins at dark last night. Settled in but anxious to check the family out at daybreak, first timer. Plus another is due "any minute", so check her out. Have 9 more to go but none looking close. A couple are huge, just not bagging...but, older does so might be holding production until closer to time. :idunno wait & see. That's life in the fast lane.

My big event today will be some furniture rearranging in the living room to accommodate the lighting of the propane stove. Furniture moves in summer for the window AC. That was removed later than usual -- now I want the stove used. Not a huge deal, just a "gotta do" deal. I'm psyching myself up.

Woo Hoo! Hope you've got more brand new ones this morning!

I'm up and moving. That's always a good thing, I guess. Didn't accomplish enough yesterday after my shopping trip and the requisite putting away of purchased items. Back to farm life today.

Need another cuppa before venturing out.

Good day. Other doe had twin doelings at dusk. Fast delivery, up and ready to nurse. Told her yesterday to wait; she did. Plus last batch of pullets I hatched late summer began laying yesterday...2 eggs. Today 4...there's 5 girls. Nice.
