Oh my goodness @Justanotherguy. Look at those little red cheeks! You're building memories that those little ones will never forget!

It's too cold here (just north of the 29th parallel). I'm quite over it, lol. I think we get a couple of decent days before the next round of 'way too cold.'

Coffee is LIFE! ☕

One thing I forgot to do :( put the ends of the hose up on something. I found one end beneath a foot+ of snow. I need to find the other end, so I can water the moo crew. I did remember to top off the water though before the storm hit. So the moo crew has enough water for 2 more days.

Just found out that we can put up the new house before removing the old one. What a load of stress off my mind. Was worried about freezers a lot.

Going to do a big clean out when moving. Anything useful and good condition can just go in the Buy Nothing group to get rid of it. Some things can go to the road with a free sign like the metal shelving from the bathroom we won't need anymore

Did this group used to be active? I see lots of old posts but very little activity.

unfortunately we lost a very active person who was a big part of the site and it gets hard to find people who want to write (instead of just clicking and swipe-ing).

we have a number of new people who show up and say hello, but they don't seem to want to write a lot about what they are up to...

if you want to read a lot of things by some people we have long threads we've posted to for years (in the journals section). enjoy, ask questions, etc. :) i really don't mind if someone new goes back and reads a post from some time ago and they want to know what's up now or how it's gone or ... well, anything at all. i'm here to chatter away - i enjoy writing and more importantly i enjoy conversing in depth about a lot of things.

as a general thing for myself, i'm not here to watch videos (i can get those on other sites) so i tend to skip over them most of the time unless there's a specific technique someone is illustrating and they can't get it across any other way.
