It was super windy and rainy yesterday.

Today it looks calm out. Still sheets of ice and lots of snow. Too cold for the rain to melt anything.

Cooler today for us. I checked our peach trees. it doesn't look like the have recieved enough chill hours yet. The fruiting wood (last year's growth) hasn't turned red enough yet. I'm no expert by any means but overall it seems to have been a lot milder of a winter, than I remember from precious years. Sounds like you are getting a colder winter than your used too?

Here's the number of chill hours below 45F we received last year and so far this year. I think we'll make it this year.

Next week I believe FB said is going to.be snow melt temperatures. That's OK with me. I need to do first delayed dormant spray anyways.

Snow pack is the issue. We're in deficit and that means summer issues

Stupid crazy weather! We are up to 36... MORE rain! We still have snow all-over, but some edges now have ground showing.
