Glad all I got was wind & rain!! Crazy weather everywhere. Winds are still about 25-30mph, seems rain is gone but, left 2" first.

Up and about to get busy. Slept until 5ish..up and showered and on my first cup.

we didn't get too much snow here, it was more rain.
a lot of people further north than us had a big storm so they need their power restored. we avoided that this time but it was cold enough last night and will not be very warm today either nor tonight.
when i put the trash out yesterday i thought the bag was heavy enough the wind wouldn't move it, but it did get blown across the driveway so i had to go back out and i just put the handles from the bag over the driveway/address marker pole to hold it in place so it wouldn't blow away again. that's the first time in almost 30yrs that i've had to do that. normally when it gets windy i don't bother putting out anything that might get blown around.
the thing is, it wasn't all that windy compared to some other times so i dunno what really happened there... i wasn't watchin'...

no kidding! like those days when you could actually sleep 12hrs... i guess we were storing them up for later.

Yes!!! I would get into bed... even on the FLOOR when camping or on a school trip.... AND JUST SLEEP.no kidding! like those days when you could actually sleep 12hrs... i guess we were storing them up for later.
Boggles the mind when I think back to those days.
