Snagged this picture from a newsite. I-5 Northbound just south of Bellingham. Yesterday's landslide. Those are some big chunks of rock.

ETA it was apparently WSDOT I snagged it from. I follow them

Busy week, happy first spring Saturday.

Male osprey singing yesterday on the top of the cell tower where they have a nest. Robins and red winged blackbirds everywhere. Need to get the bluebird nesting boxes up this weekend.

Remember all that soup we canned for the wife's recovery? Yeah, no. Taste buds are a mess. Day after day of plain baked chicken breast and mashed potatoes. Lolol.

Bluebird boxes are up, the old decrepit one from the previous owner is down and in the trash.

In personal style, no outdoor project is truly complete until it is anointed with my blood. As I was finishing up with the second box, between the wire I was using, the box, and wire cutters, I managed to draw blood to drip on the box. Work was too fine to be using my leather work gloves, so there you have it.

Flower bed was dry enough to get in and remove the last of the Christmas lights.

Still mid 40s, but sun. Spent about an hour working on getting gravel out of the yard before the chill started setting in
