The wife has officially confirmed I have earned my "southern sweet tea brewer" certification. She is very picky about her tea and says mine is right there with hers. Waiting for the plaque and t-shirt. Not bad for this old yankee

Tried to do a single step up today and something popped big in my knee with huge pain. Couldn't bear weight. Went to Madigan ER and they Xrayed. Doesn't look like anything major. In a knee immobilizer and on crutches for awhile.

Geesh, the found "nothing" in XRay? Prob a soft tissue/tendon twist...like a sprained ankle. 
That'd be my guess....and that HURTS! Hope you heal soon and have some pain relief for now. Never a good start to a day.

Need to cut grass in yard. Real toss up as to whether I do or not. Not enthused to right now.
