FARM DAY!!!


My day started with what is very likely the last delivery of this kidding season. Got a big single (so far) buckling. I think this is a one and done delivery, but I've been wrong once many, many years ago! :hide
 
So it has become a farm day. Friend called & I went to help her, couple hrs later back home. So scrubbed water troughs & refilled with clean, cool water...yeah some fence work after lunch I'm in for. Will just find escapee issues if not all fixed -- leave early tmrw & have a longer day. Goats are so much fun! 🥴

Plus the cold is to drop on into upper 48. So blooming trees & young plants will be hit hard (Canada & USA). Crop losses. Even here on E coast we're having 3 days of far lower temps. It's 68* this morn and that's the high for today! Yeah, drop into low 50s. S.T.R.A.N.G.E. Been 90 +/- all past wk. 🫨

two days in a row i'm having a mix of fake coffee and regular instant coffee and my body is still unimpressed by the whole experience. it does make me hyper but it doesn't do anything else. so i'm like laying here with all this buzzing around me and that's about it. just thought you should know...
