Good morning! LONG TIME NO SEE, but all is well and same 'O same 'O
I am up :2:15am, I dont know why, but my brain is on and rather than take ibuprofen I'll just be up.

Flock is good, Tony dog good, Goat goat good, DH good,
as is everyone in the family, just busy keeping up.
We are still in remission with DH's cancer (as far as we know at this moment) .

Nothing much new here. Last goat kidded, so that's good. Twin boys, that would have been better with twin girls but healthy & adorable. They'll sell well this fall.

two days in a row i'm having a mix of fake coffee and regular instant coffee and my body is still unimpressed by the whole experience. it does make me hyper but it doesn't do anything else. so i'm like laying here with all this buzzing around me and that's about it. just thought you should know...

I know a couple people that have switched to the mushroom coffee. There are a bunch of different kinds, I tried one and thought it tasted like dirt. But, there are lots of kinds, and they are supposed to be good for you. Some are medicinal too.

Also, when I decided to try things other than coffee.... for awhile I switched to Chai. Supposedly the caffeine in that stuff is easier on you and slower to release/lasts longer. But.... I only like it with sugar and cream so I gained weight. Coffee I am happy to drink black.

i was reading up on it after a previous mention, i would probably like it as i've had some pretty crazy teas that tasted like all sorts of things (many that i won't mention in polite company).

as for your comment about liking to drinking it black to avoid the calories i can do that for weak coffee that is freshly brewed but not once it gets any oxidation going. that's one reason why i don't really drink coffee much any more anyways besides the caffiene. Mom is happy enough with instant coffee that is what she wants on hand all the time so we have it stocked. the fake stuff i like once in a while as a change from hot chocolate, but in more recent times i've been drinking hot water with some vanilla and brown sugar mixed in (just enough sweet that i know it is there but not so much that it is the main show - i just want some flavor from the vanilla to be the star )...
