Haha, here I was thinking that this forum ALWAYS seems to address whatever I'm thinking of at the moment. I wasn't SURE by the title. I was wrong this time.

I have a bit of buggy cornmeal. So I saved the fat/"lard" from last weekend's mystery meat. I plan to mix up some chicken bread, or "chicken cookies" as I thought you might mean "duck cookies". Admittedly the word order is a bit off. But I have bird-bread on my mind. I used to make it on purpose for caged birds to give them a variety of fruits/veggies they wouldn't eat otherwise.

But since you're talking GF and salivating, I'm guessing it's not cookies for ducks. Enjoy your duck lard cookies.

I just have to decide what other ingredients to include.
