Langstroth. Medium to start with. Will add the honey supers as the season progresses. I think we're getting Carnolian bees.

You'll have to keep us updated with that...I think everyone who has the opportunity should try to keep bees. We need more honey bees. If I were at a different place in my life I'd get more bees...it's a noble pursuit and yields so many benefits.

We have about 10 fruit trees. Nice garden. Fair bit of agriculture around us. Lots of dandelions. A lot of our neighbors have fruit trees and bushes.

Hi dacs,
I'm riding the roller coaster of life as well. We finally left San Diego last July when a broken toilet line flooded the house. We were moved out by the insurance company.
Spent 6 months on a beautiful spot in the Ozarks living small town life. We tried to sell our home. Didnt happen fast enough.
Now were back in V. Every time I drive past PepperTree I think of you.
