Be careful on the clogged drains. If the piping is PVC and the gooseneck is not glued together, it makes more sense to disassemble the trap (put a bucket under it first) than to use chemicals (if the clog doesn't clear, you still have all that crap in the backed up water).

Not a fan of using a coat hanger. Is stronger than pvc piping, depending on your aggressiveness, you might damage something
