Does anyone here scramble eggs and dehydrate them. I would like to send my sons some for Christmas but my dehydrating book is vague about it.

From the title I thought you meant the powdered eggs :sick

I'm curious too. I mean, they are a "meat" type product, yeah? And folks dry meat all the time. I guess you would have to cook it first, like you did, scrambled

My book said scramble, dry and pulverize. Cannot be used as fresh for cooking. There was no info for rehydrating or using them.
