This is why you really should order hardware excpecially the bridge first. I measured the string spread @ 1 3/4" that's a full 1/8" difference from the measurements given in the ad. But it's a cute fully working bridge so I'm going to roll with it. It should be just about right for adjusting the string height and setting the intonation for a childs guitar. The whole guitar gets built around this one peice
