Ping pong table is going to my cousin's boys.

I appreciate the tall ceilings

but, But, BUT!!! those tall ceilings let you do some high pops on the returns (buying you some time to get ready for a nice slam if you're lucky )... not that i could do any of this even in my most frequent playing of many years ago but i was getting better with time and practice.

I LOVE that basement -- envy abounds! Mostly no basements in my area, either. . Sea level thing. Almost every house had one around my grands -- WV. So long as you didn't have rock ledges instead
