FarmerJamie - A new beginning

Ah, ok. It's just not something I remember hearing about. When I actually did read up on it some years back, I remember being surprised by how many places actually do get small quakes.

I'm glad to hear it was nothing serious!

We get 2's or higher here literally everyday. Part of a swarm that has been going on for quite a while now. Hopefully this isn't starting a trend. :/

I chalk most of it up to more sensitive monitoring. :idunno

When they mention NE Ohio earthquakes, I still draw a long deep breath when I think about the folks mining salt *under* Lake Erie.

We feel some of those bigger ones from time to time. Really? EVERY day? Wow...didn't realize.

Shoot at one point we were having several a day. Since they stopped the injection wells they have dropped in intensity and numbers.

I have never felt an Earthquake or been near the epicenter............

I saw the first red-winged blackbird this morning on the way to taking the eldest and friend out to breakfast. Right after that, I ran over a groundhog in the middle of the road.....

SPRING!!!!
