Our #1grandson's team in TX is heading for play offs for the second year in a row. This year they were undefeated! Now there is a bunch of excited 10 year olds, I'm telling ya! Baseball ... I wish I could say the Tribe was doing as well..... :/ I dare not say more....

Go Phils! W/a 55-31 record, the Phils STILL have the best record in MLB, both AL, and NL!

Yep, Deb, the Phillies are a good team. I respect Head Coach Charlie M a lot. We weren't supposed to possibly contend for 2-3 more years as the talent in the farm system came up, so anything this year is a bonus and we're not far enough along to get to a championship by a block-buster trade that would deplete the minor league talent pool.

It was sweet taking 2 of 3 from the Yanks!!!


Hot, hot, hot, here. Time to water the garden every couple of days and watch things grow!
