Nice haul indeed! I'm curious about the okra - are you going to freeze some or can it?

I'm exhausted! I put up 8 jars of pickled okra, 2 gallons of sliced blanched okra, 2 gallons of tomatoes, 1/2 a melon for snacking in a bowl in the fridge, 1 gallon melon puree , and i ate a peach.

i still have all this left over!

any ideas for the rest? I have probably 1/2 a box of tomatoes, a 1/4 box of peppers and 25 lbs of peaches.

Definitely need to make and can salsa/marinara. The peaches can be peeled, chopped and frozen for future jam and pie making. And RED PEPPER JAM!!! One of my favorites! :drool
