I have a friend who replaced the axles on her horse trailer for $600 so maybe that's an option.
I know the feeling of just getting close to being debt free and boom- usually a giant vet bill happens.

I hope that you can find a great used trailer at a great price- now is the season to be looking.

How lucky that your hubby did not lose control of the vehicle or kill the heifer too. That would have really been salt in the wound.

Good luck on the finding...............

that is good to know it might be in that price range...I sure hope so! I would like to just fix this one if I can. Yea, old and rusty and kinda ugly, but it is paid for..HA HA HA

and I know everyone knows the "almost out of debt then boom, another bill!" syndrome!

thanks!!!
