Favourite ways to cook kale

I bought some on sale a the gorcery store. We have been using it in our greensmoothies, but I was curieous to see how else epople eat it. Suggestions?

I cook it with pasta and then put roasted sesame oil, tamari soy sauce, and sesame seeds on it.

Or, saute in olive oil with garlic.

Kale grows really well in our mild climate so I usually have some in the garden. I use it for green smoothies and for soup greens.

I despise Kale. I'd feed it to the animals if I ever get it. I like every other kind of greens. Can you fry it?

Serioulsy?? you are going to have to talk upo the kale chips. but then again, what have I got to lose. I have some kale to use up. I guess I can try a small batch.
