This morning I was so excited to see my first Rain Lily flower!

My neighbor gave me some plants a few years ago. They are now
spreading to different areas in the front yard.

How beautiful! I've never heard of Rain Lilies, but I live in a completely different growing area to you.

Rebbetzin, I really love it when you share your photos of your garden and snippets of your everyday life--it gives me a lovely peek into who you are :)

Here is a website that give information on Pink Rain Lilies..

I have a pretty good life, at the moment... Not looking forward to my husband being out of work around Dec. of this year.

If we try to live on his pension.... it will be cutting our income by a little more than half!! That will force some real changes
in my spending habits!! I am suppose to be starting now, cutting back. ICK!!

Being poor was never one of my goals in life!
