Fish for Venison

I was returning some sharpened knives to a local restaurant (I sharpen knives for all the local establishments in the area) and ran into some Ice fishermen. I know 1 of them well. They had a great day on the ice and they asked if I wanted some perch. I said "heck yeah!" I asked them if they wanted any Ven/pork Brat patties (I just just made 65 pounds of them) in exchange for the fish and they said "Heck yeah!" This worked out well for everybody involved. Looks like a fish fry tomorrow night.

Yum! Nothing better than a fish fry. (unless it's a crawfish boil!)
