12 years ago I decided to plant plants that I can make tea with-- I tried to grow a Yuba mate and a tea plant--they didnt do well,
so I have a corner in the garden with bergamot, yarrow, lemon balm and have mint by the house. blackberry's grow wild , pine needle, nettle, evergreen huckle berry---
I can make tea with all of that if need be

BUT its not the same as coffee

I buy tea & coffee -- my comfort indulgence but, deserved!! After all, I grow & preserve veggies, milk goats for dairy, make cheeses, raise chickens for eggs, meat & bug control, meat goats for that. I can buy tea & coffee but I do like sale prices.
