I am having the time of my life listening to my nuttball DD and nieces conversations here in the livingroom. They're a hoot and a half  Some days everything just comes together to make the perfect setting for a good mood and a good hard long laugh. These two have made my day today. Other times they get on my nerves, but not today. I wish every day were like today and we had time to slow down and appreciate each others silly quirks. Today I just feel like hugging everybody

Uh oh...now they are finding something to do.......this could get interesting! A 6 year old and a 13 year old playing together...

What's your free entertainment?

When my son's friends come over on the weekend, I usually make them a coupla pizzas. They get excited, b/c they can't believe its homemade and tastes so good (infact--the one boy wouldn't eat it for the longest time, b/c it was homemade). so, they are sitting in the kitchen, eating and acting all crazy and goofing around, with me too. I love it. They think I'm cool

 I used to do that with DD19 and her friends. One little boy years ago actually went home and drug his momma up here just to try my pizza  That kid was hillarious! I had to make pizza every time he came over after that

Today my free entertainment is the chickens and the goats, as usual.
Just now I had gone into the goat pen in order to put Blossom's plastic chain collar back on. All three goats got right in my face for hugs and scratches. Then they scampered off to play king of the hill on the pile of tires and tree stumps.

Today I think my entertainment is keeping an eye on the dryer. It is acting up and calling my name every ten minutes :smack

Other than that, listening to one 8 yr old instruct another 8 yr old on how to set up an online game account....'no, I know what to do, I have done this before.'

Free entertainmment?

Free ranging chickens and a garter snake. Has all the good story elements - Surprise, drama, chase scenes, a celebration feast at the end, even though though from the beginning, you know how it's going end up for the snake, it's entertaining, kinda like a Greek tragedy.

oh yeah, any house pet and a laser pointer....

oh, oh, oh, I forgot one that gets better, "The Free Range Chickens and the Mouse Nest full of babies that the Terrier dug out" . Imagine 5 individual sets of hens chasing each other around while being watched by a very confused dog!!!
