French Fries

I've never been successful in freezing french fries, in order to take em out and pop them in the oven.

I know someone must be doing it perfectly! so SHARE!!
(mine always end up more like mash that fries)

When you buy them in the bags, do they partially fry them before they freeze them?

I'm not 100% sure, they do feel oily, but they aren't browned.

Perhaps I'll try that, fry them for a minute or two.

It is called par fried I think.
