Fresh corn!

I just got 50 lbs of fresh, locally grown, organic corn for making into cornbread, cornmeal mush and... well... I don't know what else to do with it. I have a grain mill and can do coarse through fine. All suggestions welcome!!!

I think this weekend, I'm going to try making Indian Pudding!

Wow, 50 lbs. ! Great score there. And organic to boot.
All I ever get lately is Napa cabbage and giant radish, but shouldn't complain.

Ever try grilled corn on the bbq, low heat, with a coupla very small pours of soy sauce?

Oh I just saw Saugerties, nice. Rip Van Winkle territory, are you closer to the Hudson or the Catskills?

It is a 50 lb bag of "cleaned corn".

Technically, I'm in the hudson valley, but the catskills border is within walking distance.
