Add two more chicken pens to the "finished" list! These pens are 8 x 10 and will hopefully be double or even triple duty. They're big enough to put each of the mini's in when they need to be locked up for whatever reason. They will definitely hold chickens and/or goats - and if I want to plant in them - they'll keep the unwanted critters OUT!
Have I ever mentioned my tractor? I don't think I have, cuz it hasn't been running for a couple of years now. It's an OLD ford 8N... I think it's a 1949 model. My first husband converted it to a .... ummmm.... something or other where the battery doesn't run down all the time! Dang, I used to know that stuff.... Anyway, my DS is the one that usually keeps everything going for me. It needed the carburetor rebuilt and we bought the kit, he promised to do it, and it is still sitting in my drive way. Soooo, today I sent him a text and told him I was gonna either make a planter out of it, or sell it for scrap. My DS is one of those guys who gets all emotional over internal combustion engines and he promised to be out here next weekend to get 'baby' running again, lol. I promised to cook his favorite meal if he actually shows up!
And the best news of all - I'm OFFFFFF tomorrow! Have 2 more pens to finish but that's all I can think of right now. I'm sure something will come up to fill in all my 'spare' time!
