Frustratedearthmother's Journaling Journey

It took 8 months. But, of course our VP passed over the two people who we thought would be the best workers.... sigh. My co-worker and I ran the program for 8 months alone. My co-worker SHOULD be the new director but she's not got her Master's degree - yet. She's in progress..sorta. She has started and has taken a couple of semesters off. She needs to get going again and they might consider her to be director. If not - she's probably going to move on and without her the entire program will fail. I run the office - she runs the program. The new boss does nothing.

That is the prettiest spotty lamb! Gorgeous! Gee, why does it have to be a buck? Oh well, his hide sure would make a pretty purse. LOL LOL

O.K. I need to jump in right here! Here is proof that that qualification people are SO hung up about nowadays does not necessarily make candidates able to do the job properly. Your co-worker SHOULD be the new director from the sounds of it, yes, absolutely. She clearly proved that with you by her side, she can do it well enough. So, what am I missing here? The degree? :\ I hope your (big) boss will do the right thing and get you guys sorted, so you don't end up losing this woman, she sounds great!

She is truly fantastic. A hard worker - strong ethics and morals and can't stand a lazy person! Unfortunately - since we work in a college - degrees are a big deal. I think however if her degree is "in progress" we can get her in. Looks like we're going to have to deal with all the craziness and then maybe we can walk out the other side even better. :fl

Are there any classes she can "test out" on? Some degrees allow this avenue. Getting her closer to the goal.
