Gas...when will you see $4?

i am very confused with the gas thing...........its at 3.9ish right now here BUT

i started keeping count of how many miles a tank (20 gal) gets in total.....well the first tank purchased at sunoco got me 290 miles----------absolutely INSANE

i am on my second tank.....purchased at hess................so far im at 240 and i have an entire tank left almost

how does this make sense

Maybe your gauge is messed up?

Elijah, sounds like your float is stuck or the gauge has stopped working ... don't trust it now. We have a '93 Ranger that we need to watch the trip-ometer, because the gauge never reads below a quarter tank.
