Ginger beer - double batch with 5th generation ginger bug

Glad to hear it is still working for you.
We were allowed to have wine when we were just a little older than you GD's. Just a little glass for supper when we had Spaghetti and Meat Sauce, lol. She always made sure to sit next to me too, because I never drank my wine and that way she could sneak mine. I am pretty sure that is why Spaghetti is my sister's favorite meal, even though she is old enough to have wine any ole time she wants it, lol.

You going to brew up a batch of ginger beer?

I am seriously thinking about it. Need to gather supplies first. And find a place to set it to let it work.

Maybe I need to talk my friend who brews to make me a batch. He is a chemist and would probably get a kick out of it. He makes a really nice Rose Petal Wine, its one of the few wines I will actually drink more than 1 tiny glass of.
