I think I should start brewing ginger ale! It sounds wonderful. I add blueberries to my morning smoothies often, so I'm covered there and glad to see how beneficial they are too.In all honesty I'm surprised myself. Dispite the fact that I totally forgot how to properly bottle. Ginger yeast is only good for 4.0 ~ 4.5 % alcohol. So I added blueberry flavored bottle primer to yeast that can no longer produce - thus my drink has very little carbonation
