Gluten free lemon bars Update!

Hen, I will need to check. I used to buy the 2 lb bag from my health foods store. Last time I bought the 25lb bag on line and transferred it into a bucket with lid. So I do not have the ingredient list. But it's their normal GF All Purpose baking flour.
