A neighbor recently started raising goats for meat. He gave me some goat ribs to see what I thought of the flavor. Any idea on how to cook them?
I've never even cooked beef or port ribs.

Don't know about goat ribs, but for beef or pork, I do it one of three ways. Cut in to sections of two -three ribs. Either simmer them with an onion for about an hour, then toss on the barby with your favourite sauce, or marinate them for a day or two, then slow cook in the oven for a coupla hours, brushing the marinade over them every so often. Or last but not least--dump everything into a crockpot, making sure the sauce is covering all the meatn'bones. Slowcook all day.

Be careful not to let them dry into tough jerky. The won't likely be as fatty as CAFO-raised beef. Unless maybe these are goats raised CAFO-style, but not likely. I hope.

Goat meat is DELICIOUS! I've only had young goat, though. Yummy on the grill.

Use either a lamb recipe or one for venison.

Use care - don't over cook.

I like lamb ribs marinated in a little soy and Louisiana Hot Sauce overnight then slow cooked on the grill with a little apple wood.
