Now that you have everything you need to put it to use, We/I would like to hear a review as to it's capabilities. :hide plz :)
We just cut our small patch of red winter wheat. I've cleaned and bagged about 30# so far but we haven't procured the means to turn it into flour yet. Everything I've read points to the Country Living Mill, but they run between $300-$400 so I'm looking for a viable alternative.
 
I need to pick up some coffee beans and some more almonds. I will see if I can grind those items before next week.
