My LG doesn' have trouble developing them. I just suck at hatching them out :p

Well, I have 1 egg that's peeping and rocking. I don't want to leave, but I have to. Hopefully, I'll come home to a few chicks today.

It's still just peeping and rocking. I've seen no evidence of a pip. How long does this normally take? I thought for sure by the time I got home I'd have a chick. And, if it doesn't pip, is there anything I can do to help it get started?
