Harvested and dehydrated today

I lived in Michigan somewhere around Grand rapids, our neighborhood had 5 houses and no name up till the year we moved to Arizona so we could sometimes find them in the woods around our house too. But we always had the best luck on those turkey grounds <3 I can't remember the name of the turkey grounds due to everyone calling it Turkey grounds. I could probably find out from my mum if she knew it by any other name...

Beautiful mushrooms! Too dry here to hunt for those but my kids in Oklahoma get them and show me the pictures so I can be with envy.

My sisters pick them. One in Door County, Wisconsin and one in Idaho, she has her secret places there to pick them.

This is THE time of year. I should be out today looking. Son didn't find many yet earlier this week, but I do have a few dehydrated already.
