Last year both my wife and I received Honey-baked hams for Christmas. One of them is still taking up room in the freezer....and I have heard through the grape vine that we will be receiving the same gift this year.
I am thinking of canning a couple of them to save space and because it will keep longer.
Just wondering if any of you have ever canned ham that was previously processed by smoking or other means.
