Herbed baked salmon

I just have to share this recipe I made last night. I wanted to bake some salmon. So I went online to look for a recipe. This one calls for soft breadcrumbs, herbs and parmesan cheese. I doubled the butter called for in the recipe and coated my fish with grapeseed oil instead of cooking spray. The breadcrumbs come out crunchy and the flavor was fantastic. I know I will be making this again.

I just did a couple Steel-head Trout fillets a couple nights ago with garlic, lemon and rosemary. It turned out great.

I think I will copy this one down. Thanks for sharing.
