That pic shows the way I have always made ours.
Inside, we do 3 layers each of pepperoni and cheese.
Good additions are black olives and onions.
Just use a basic white bread dough. Do not use pizza dough!

I had the same lady-and the tramp thought, but to me with teenagers and love songs, I don't think they need aphrodisiacs! Too much hormones already.
They need something to DO that is appropriate to their age but still cool and fun. What about a dance? I would let THEM pick the music, like have a DJ. You could have the DJ play a variety of songs, but for teenagers, I'd make sure there is some current stuff available to play and stuff they would like to dance to, whatever style music these particular kids enjoy.
If the space is not conducive to dancing, you need to think of some fun games that pair kids up in a fun way. I'd focus on FUN not romance or they might feel awkward, being teens, or worse, get carried away with the romance theme.
Suggesting some sort of costume is sometimes a fun way to make a gathering more interesting. You could suggest they come as some sort of romantic figure. Helen of Troy, Anthony or Cleopatra, current or former movie stars like Justine Beiber, Mylie Cyrus, Brad Pitt or Angelina Jolie or Humphrey Bogart, Aubrey Hepburn, etc., whomever they think is "romantic". Adults attending might have fun with that one too. You could have prizes for the best costumes or best couple costumes, funniest costume, and a costume parade or dance. Or since the theme is love songs, maybe their costume should be a SINGER and they can take turns lip sinking the song their character sings.
