There's several good threads in the Meat Birds Etc section of BYC on them, including one where PurpleChicken has pix and I think also video of the ones he's made.

I keep being tempted. Will probably get around to trying it eventually.

SO just pointed out the since you can use a battery powered drill, you can do the plucking anywhere.
