Homemade soap cutter

hennypenny! Merle! Farmerchick! Found a homemade soapcutter!

Now, the instructions say to use an aluminum sheet, I know that aluminum & fresh soap don't mix. So, maybe a steel sheet?

Also, I wonder if you added a guide to this, easier to make the edges straight?

The good thing about the homemade, is you make it as long or as wide as you want for different mould and bars. I'll definitely have to get some supplies for that.

Now I gotta find a cheap miter box... Or I'll cut it all sloppy. I know me. On the puter I can make perfectly straight lines. Just hold SHIFT.

First though, I should probably make a batch of soap...

Cool! It says that aluminum is fine if you wash it right away to get the caustic fresh soap off. Makes sense.
