How many flowers do you use for a mug of 'tea'?

I use a good 10 to 20 flowers to 2 to 4 cups of cool water. I let it set about an hour or so.

Do the honeysuckle flowers need to be fresh for the tea?
Is it something that could be dried?


I would like the recipe too. I hope it has some honeysuckle flavor, but I know what you mean. I made lemon balm jelly and it turned out OK, but it just tasted sweet.

To me the dried Honeysuckle flowers don't have much flavor, or actually some dried flowers have a sort of "off" flavor.
