Yep, I was going to say MSG too. Doritos are full of MSG, I've read. (MSG is full of GMO soy.) But GOSH they taste so darn good!

I had some Oreo's last night and this afternoon. I'm sure I'll gain 4lb but... It's been like 4 years since I had an Oreo and I needed to "fill the craving"!

One of these days I'll try making my own. I found this great looking recipe and just haven't tried it yet.

The GOOD one's...Blazin' Buffalo and Ranch Guess I get to join DD on her diet now. ah well, that stuff was no good for me anyway I can make better stuff than that from scratch

Cake too. I bought a box cake and had the same reaction when I ate a slice last night. German Chocolate...my favorite


The common ingredients in both the cake and Dorito's:

vegetable oil, soybean oil, and modified food starch......I'm thinking it may be the soy, because isn't modified food starch derived from soybeans too? I think so. Anyway, knocking out all soy now to do a trial run to see if that is it. Meanwhile that WHOLE cake is staring at me.....
