It was surely "bad taste" on their part. But....they did explain their thinking, just that they did not think it all the way through.

poor taste, great business. There is no such thing as bad advertisement. Advertisement is to get you to pay attention and reach as many people as possible. If it accomplished that purpose then it did what it was designed to do. Very poor taste though.

Doesn't this show you where people's thinking is going though? There was actually a group of people who thought this was really good. I bet a lot of young people didn't even think anything of it.

I agree, the story was bad enough, but the comments attached to that article were appalling. :/
