I received a phone call from a woman down the street, "Hi, A? This is L. I have something I think you could use if you ever go off grid." "Oh, yeah? What?" "Oh, this is too good to explain, you have too come over." - The first thing that I thought was, great, I have to be social.- "Ok, I have to go to the Genny any way."

So I showed up at L's house and she said, "I'll trade you for some eggs." And then she produced this.

The lid says
Put in liquids first then flour
Turn 3 minutes
Raise in pan
After raising
Turn until dough forms ball
Take off cross piece and lift dough with kneader

I thought it was pretty cool.

That is such an AWESOME motorless Kitchenaide!! ;) It really is cool :)

Oh I forgot, it has a clamp to clamp it to the table.

Oh wow!! That is a great find. I wanna play with it.

VERY cool!

I'd trade many-dozen eggs for that LOL. :)

That's the only problem with having like-minded neighbors. None of them would give up such a gem LOL. (They'd probably share though so I won't complain -- I love having the neighbors around me that I have -- almost all of them anyways). ;)

Great score!:celebrate

That is a great find. I wonder how many are left in this world.

I think I would have traded some eggs and chickens for it..

I want one..

Now that is the coolest thing ever. You have great neighbors!!

Does it have a manufacturer name on it?

g

Yes, it does. Landers, Frary & Clark. New Britain, CT MADE IN THE USA.

Bet there comes a day your neighbor wishes she still had it
Good score :thumbsup
