how much for your farm eggs?

I was just a bit curious about how much farm eggs are in different areas. Here in south-east iowa the going price seems to be @ $2.00/ doz give or take a little. Compaired to wal-mart for $2.38 at last check. How about your area?

$2 a dozen. Stores have been having sales for 99 cents a dozen for the puny mutant eggs

My eating eggs go for 2 -2.50 a doz and I sell hatching eggs for 25 a doz.

Depends on who I sell them to. If I take them to my chiropractor's, I can get $3.00 a dozen.

I plan to charge $3 a dozen in a month or so. At $2, I'm not even breaking even with feed, seems like. I'm in southern Oregon.

Re: puny mutant eggs----when I see store eggs now, my thoughts are "Nazi eggs". Seriously, don't they look like the Master Race of eggs? *shudder*

I only can charge $2 because mine mostly free range in the summer time. WAY less feed!

Plain old regular eggs in the grocery store here sell for $3.69 for extra large... $3.09 for large

Our neighbour sells their eggs for $3.00/dozen
