How to make plain Goat Milk Soap

For destruction of the peace, menacing society, and possession of freakingly awesome hair, obviously!

Lets keep that in the PMs though. Hugh hush, on the low down and all of that.

Sorry, that *was* rather nosy of me, wasn't it? :/

Back to soap, I love the goat-face shaped soaps! Soap making is on my list of want-to-learns.

Blackbird, yes that was me who made the soapmakers reference thread. It has saved me a few times too when I couldn't find a site that I swore I had saved and didn't.

Millersoaps.com is a great place for anyone interested in learning to make soap.

What great detailed instructions :thumbsup Just another reason I want goats :P I especially love the goat mold..too cute!

I need a goat.

Hi there,

I'd love to make some goat's milk soap! Where is the recipe? Seems to have disappeared!

Thanks, Ruby

Ack! It seems you deleted the original post. I really want to try milk soap now that I feel proficient at regular ordinary soap.

I haven't been on BYC for ages. I missed your banning party!

The instructions & pictures are back up per Country Momma's request!

Thanks for the recipe and instructions. I've been wanting to try soaping. I looked at our Library, but there is only 1 book about soaping in the whole county!!!
Inter Library Loans. :D

You can order books from anywhere in the US.

i loves ILL!!! Mine let's me fill it out online, so I can hunt down a book online and then request it. And if NO library has it, they'll try to get it for you.
