If you can find horehound candy, try sucking on one of them at night. For a couple of nights, it was the only way I could sleep at night. I'd wake up in the middle of the night coughing and my throat would be hurting. I'd start sucking on one of them, and would fall back asleep.
 
Ricolas work pretty well me, the strange thing is with this I am not feeling THAT bad. Its just enough to be irritating.
Finally back home from our errands and I'm super tired. There is lots of stuff that I should be doing though. At least I have managed to get a load of clothes in the wash. Now I need to fold what has been hanging on the rack for a Week to make space for this load.
 
The fatigue is your immune system trying to fight it off quickly. I HATE that...it is very annoying to not have energy! Try anything that will boost your immune system and molasses and honey are great energy supplements...for me anyway.
 
Thanks, WBF. I'm hanging in there, its just not easy! The house has gotten so very messy that its overwhelming to think about cleaning it. I did get the table cleared off yesterday so at least I made a little progress. We have company coming some time tomorrow for the holiday so have a deadline, which is good and bad! it's great for the motivation but bad since I'm not at full steam.
I have to go Take care of chickens this morning, run to the bank, then come home and get the sheets changed, fold the dry clothes, clean up the living room from Christmas leftovers, and get dinner organized. That doesn't sound like as much as it really is... before the company is here tomorrow, I must clean the bathroom too, and mopping all the floors would be a good thing as Well.
Whoa I made this cup of honey lemon with a lotta lemon! Better to dry out my sinuses though...
 
Got my chores done this morning and I'm beat again. I feed the old horses, did the chicken chores, ran to the bank, came home and feed storm and gave the pony his meds then came in the house and ate lunch.
My nose will NOT stop running and its driving me nuts. It is worse if I have to look down for a while, too, like when washing 8 dozen eggs.
Somehow I need to find a bit if energy too attempt to get more cleaning done. Oh and fix dinner...

Aww, you're awesome WBF.
The good news, sort of, is that our company for the holiday cancelled. So there isn't a rush to get the house clean like there was. It still needs to be clean, but at least no one is coming to see it! I'm disappointed but at the same time really relieved.
I just took a nap since I was super tired and now i feel like I can't sleep anymore so I figured I shouldn't do I don't get my days and nights mixed up.
Texted with my friend that still works for the company that I worked for because I haven't heard from the owner yet about the job. I am getting tired if waiting on him. He's busy I keep getting told. Yeah well when is he ever not busy? My guess is never... so just make a little time and call me for crying out loud! I could really use the money on a consistent basis! Oh well, I guess it will be what it's going to be.
I think I'm just going to be lazy until I have to go lock up chickens and collect eggs for the night.
 
I hear ya loud and clear on the job thing....it's not like most folks who have apps/resumes in are just happily tweedling our thumbs and thrilled by barely making ends meet UGH! Yeah, I wish someone would call one or both of us. I'm tired of the public assistance ride already.

Good thing the company cancelled...I've had days/weeks like that too :hugs Ya wanna see them SOOOOO bad IF the magic clean house fairy would just pay a visit so you can enjoy them without the accompanying exhaustion lol! Been there sooo many times. Not so much here lately though, nobody has been visiting much, except at Christmas, and I have been on a cleaning binge. Go figure ;) They'll come when we muck it up again :D

We'll both get back up to par soon, just hang in there...I'm tryin to also!!
 
Lol, yes, when it's clean no one shows up, when it's dirty everybody wants to stop in! My landlord stopped by yesterday with gifts and I was trying to shield the Sure so he couldn't see the wreckage... I hope he didn't notice... I also need to have his daughter look at my chinchillas, I think they're getting fat but I can't tell! She's a small animal vet but I don't know How much she deals with exotics.
Mental note that when I make the shell casserole in the crock pot I need to make a double batch. A single batch barely covers the bottom of the pot. I Would have made a double batch but I'm out of ground beef. I have to get more tomorrow.
I Hope I have more energy tomorrow, I need to take care of chickens, go give my friend a lesson, get ground beef (Maybe I should call first...), let my dogs out at my exs house since he is away, and hopefully not much else!
 
Speakin of crock pot...I has a turkey breast in mine that won't slice itself for some stupid reason, so I need to get that did :D We're perpetually out of something too :P
