Um, yes, Deb, and still am feeling

Lots has been going on, I've been so busy I can't figure out which way is up.
So after the baseball game and my lessons and having my knee hurt pretty bad, I called my Orthopedist. They first told me they couldn't get me in until the 24th. Ok, I wasn't surprised being football season (she's the head surgeons for the Ravens) and just her normal schedule. Then they called me back Tuesday morning and said they could get me in Thursday. Awesome. Then they call me back Tuesday evening and say "oh, sorry, that appointment time shouldn't have been booked... how about 7:15 in the morning?"

Ok... I'll take it.
Soooo that means up extra early to take care of horse chores and then race to the doctor's office. I made it late, and they took me back right away and I filled out paperwork in the room as I waited. She checks me out, and doesn't find anything major wrong, so she sends me for PT, which is good. She also gave me a new brace, which is fancy, and so I started wearing it.
Got to the office and then walked down to the PT place at lunch, since its in the same complex. Gave the gal at the desk my script, and she asks who I want to go to, so I tell her KM, and she says, would you like to come back at 2:30? I was like, um, ok! So I managed to get into the Orthopedists and into PT in the same week.... that has to be a record. When I showed up for PT, KM said that the doc must have seen my name on the schedule and bumped me up. I guess that's what you get for being a weird case.
So she evaluated me in PT and found that my right glute is really weak, and my left hamstring is really weak. Very interesting! I gave her the update on everything going on and the kinds of things i do in my life and so we put together a plan. She gave me home exercises to do, and set me up with appointments once a week for about a month. So the good news is its all muscular imbalance and so its very fixable, and will be a good thing to work on. She said she wasn't surprised, and said I just needed a bit of a tuneup now that its been 4 or 5 years since my surgery.
In the mean time I've been farm sitting off and on, which is good for the money but not for the schedule. Then my good friend BO went out of town for a week and a half, so I've been in the office on top of farm sitting. I've been exhausted this week and haven't been able to do a very good job keeping up around the house. We've barely managed to cook all week, thankfully, but the house and kitchen is getting worse and worse.
I'll be back in the office for a shorter day tomorrow, and then finally not be in the office on Friday. But I have to take care of 2 farms farm sitting, and I am GOING to yoga in the morning. That will take up most of my day until about 11:30 or so, then I have to hustle home, and somehow in the middle of all of that I need to eat lunch, clean the house and finish the last 3 valences that I have. JS is coming this weekend to do body work on the horses and people, and so the whole house needs to be clean. When KN is here teaching, I can get away with leaving the office messy, but when JS comes she needs the office to work on people on the massage table, so that means I have to take care of that, too. I'm about 3 months behind on my financial paperwork, and so all of that stuff is piled up, and I still have all the sewing stuff out. I REALLY want to get those valences finished so that I can put all the sewing stuff AWAY. I'm hoping that I'll wake up early on Friday morning (I probably will, since I've been getting up early for over a week now) and that I can get some cleaning done in the house before I leave, then work on the sewing when I get home and then clean some more. We'll see how well that works...
In the mean time I'm eating breakfast at my desk (yup, its 10:50...) and then I should get back to the file sorting that I'm doing here in the office... Wheeeeee
