HR 45 Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sales Act of 2009

Please send this to everybody on your list... this is Obama gun control by secrecy.

Very Important for you to be aware of a *new bill HR 45 introduced into the House*. This is the *Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sale Act of 2009*.
We just learned yesterday about this on the Peter Boyles radio program. Even gun shop owners didn't know about this because it is flying under the radar.

To find out about this - go to any government website and type in *HR 45* or Google *HR 45 Blair Holt Firearm Licensing & Record of Sales Act of 2009*. You will get all the information. Basically this would make it illegal to own a firearm - any rifle with a clip or ANY pistol unless:

It is registered

You are fingerprinted

You supply a current Driver's License

You supply your Social Security #

You will submit to a physical & mental evaluation at any time of their choosing

Each update - change or ownership through private or public sale

must be reported and costs $25 - Failure to do so you automatically lose the right to own a firearm and are subject up to a year in jail.

There is a child provision clause on page 16 section 305 stating a child-access provision. Gun must be locked and inaccessible to any child
under 18.

*They* would have the right to come and inspect that you are storing
your gun safely away from accessibility to children and fine is
punishable for up to 5 yrs. in prison.

If you think this is a joke - go to the website and take your pick of many options to read this. It is long and lengthy. But, more and more
people are becoming aware of this. Pass the word along. Any hunters in your family - pass this along.

Peter Boyles is on this and having guests. Listen to him on KHOW 630 a.m. in the morning. He suggests the best way to fight this is to tell
all your friends about it and "spring into action". Also he suggests we all join a pro-gun group like the Colorado Rifle Association, hunting
associations, gun clubs and especially the NRA.

This is just a "termite" approach to complete confiscation of guns and disarming of our society to the point we have no defense - chip away
a little here and there until the goal is accomplished before anyone
realizes it. (Did Obama promise transparency? It seems his motives are
more and more transparent while his methods are hidden in back rooms.)
This is one to act on whether you own a gun or not.

Please... copy and send this out to EVERYONE in the USA .

"Only tyrants fear an armed populace."

When seconds count...the police are only minutes away. Protect yourself.

Hope this one doesnt make it through!!

This is a viral e-mail that has been circulating. Look up the bill. It has no co sponsors. It is going nowhere. The guy that sponsored it i just putting it out there to make it look like he is doing something about the kid that got killed. Just more political garbage. By the way Peter Boyles is unreliable at best. He is a local here.

According to Snopes.com this is for real and we better pay attention and move to kill this one through our representatives and senators.

Did you read the whole snopes rumor? It's not going anywhere. No co-sponsor= no bill. Just more BS to get people fired up over nothing. Please buy more ammo. I invested all my money in ammo stocks.

The way the stock market is.....ammo is a safer bet than stocks. At least I can eat if I have ammo. It is hard to eat the paper that stocks are printed on.

True, but I would wait to buy ammo till it comes back down to a regular price. Sooner or later everyone will figure out that their guns and ammo are safe and they will stop hoarding.

Is it not a good things they are trying to bring in all those regulations?

What rules are there regarding firearms at the moment?

I kind of agree with the rules myself. But I am not a big gun guy . I can understand why people that are serious about guns don't want the rules. It gives the feds a road map if they decide to go collect all the guns. Not a very realistic thing to worry about, but gun people are real serious about their guns and you know how things can snow ball. Regulations are real loose right now. You have to wait 7 days in most states to buy a handgun while they do a minimal background investigation. You can get around that by going to a gun show or just buying from a private party. Even if all the guns were registered the criminals would have access to stolen guns from burglaries and breaking in to cars. The genie is out of the bottle. The only thing politicians do by passing gun control laws is lose votes. This proposed law was just drawn up to pacify all the people that were upset about the rise in gun crimes. Kind of like Bush and his 700 mile fence to keep illegal aliens out. He knew that HIS congress wouldn't fund it so it was just a pacifier for the anti illegal crowd. Same with this bill, just more political BS.

We have a small local sports store here. I was talking to the guy at the feed mill...he goes there for ALL his ammo. He was telling me the other day...the owner of the sports store, put in an order for $4,500 worth of ammo. You know what they sent him?? 3 boxes. NOT cases...3 small personal purchase, boxes. Makes a person wonder......
